Samsung Online Store Always Out of Stock, can't use R1000 voucher Samsung Korea needs to know

Bought an S24+ got a R1000 online only voucher and yet they have absolutely nothing of value that's in stock. I wanted the Tab S9 Fe Outdoor Cover which came with my upgrade they don't have stock and tell me I should buy it from Takealot great but I have a R1000 Samsung online voucher yet that's the response. My second choice would be the 20000mah powerbank, also don't have stock. Support is not willing to help despite 10 emails. Definitely not a leading brand when they tell you to buy from another company and sorry for you that you can't use your voucher.
