Samsung offering what they cannot deliver

<p>Do not be fooled by the warranties and screen repairs promised by Samsung! 3 months down the line the S7 Edge is riddled with problems including overheating battery to name just a few. Take it in so Samsung where they spend about 5 minutes turning the phone every which way to Sunday until they eventually find what they are looking for - the smallest of scratches on the body that requires a screen repair and then means that one cannot access the warranty. Alternatively you can pay for the screen and then access the warranty but low and behold - no way that Samsung will allow you to use BOTH the promised coverages! What a joke Samsung - your products are no longer welcome in my household</p>
