Samsung Note replacement screen ripoff

I bought a Samsung Note 5. Not a cheap option but supposed to be worth it. With a week, the screen cracked all the way through from the 'on' button. I took it for repair at Samsung Tygervalley. The screen was replaced using my only 'free screen' even though the damage was not caused by me. The glass was supposedly gorilla glass 4,but by the end of a month, it was terribly scratched even though I have the fancy Samsung flip cover on the phone. Now the screen is delaminating at the top. Samsung Canal Walk says they do not accept responsibility for this. I have to pay approximately R3500 to have a new screen put on. This is NOT customer service!!!!!
