Samsung Note 9

I pre-ordered 2 Note 9 handsets from Samsung Pavillion in Durban. I paid R2000 deposit for the two phones. I was told that the freebies being given away with the phone are launch specials (Gear S3, Dex, Tripod, and some other stuff), But since I already had these I was told by the salesman that they would buyback the products and pass on the discount to me for both the handsets. I was expecting to pick up the handsets tomorrow but I got a call from their store today saying they cannot buyback the stuff as head office has declined the deal. Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional on part of the company as they are selling the product way overpriced than other international markets. For example Note 9 is launched in India @ Rupees 67500 which is roughly 13 000 ZAR. So basically they are *********** customers in South Africa by throwing "Freebie: but essentially building the cost in the price. Utterly disgusting.
