Samsung Note 8 Phone serious software error

Samsung Note 8 phone from Cell C, USSD verification on Internet banking does not work unless Wifi is disabled on the hhandset. SAMSUNG have been alerted but do not seem to have a proper answer and solution to the problem. USSD simply does not go through as long as Wifi is switched on.
