Samsung Note 8 Overheating - Samsung SA ignoring the core problem/ Danger Alert and Health Hazard

A Year ago I had a Samsung Note 5 which screen packed up......It ended up being sent away to be fixed by Samsung.....It was a matter of weeks before I received my handset back with loads of arguments and fights to get a replacement Handset. That never happened. Now I have had a Samsung Note 8 since late September 2017 and in the last 2 months this device has had extreme overheating issues. I have now been in contact with Samsung Mobile SA regarding this serious safety issue with the regarding intermittent overheating. At times like last night I cannot even charge the device due to overheat. Once again after logging a complaint Samsung SA Ref nr ********** 581. I still cant get any commitment to customer service from Samsung SA to just replace this handset outright as it is still within 6 months after Intial switch on to the MTN SA network. They want to analise and asses the device but they cannot tell me that they can give a loan unit with the same spec or replace outright. My next step is Samsung Korea and News networks about the overheating issues of the Note 8. One would have thought Samsung have learnt a lesson with the Note 7 recall due to the exact same problem. So I will keep my device in the current state but will go big on the Overheat issue and getting people to know about this secret issue that Samsung obviously do not want to elaborate on. Once again they want to push me on to the Repair route with no support in terms of a replacement handset / same model at all. Maybe if it explodes in my face or hear or blows my hand away Samsung would react differently. Samsung this will not go unnoticed. The call is yours Samsung Mobile SA. Replace this device without any questions or due process and the problem goes away or I will make it known ASAP as soon as possible that Samsung is ignoring a serious Safety and Health Hazard by overruling the clients with their assessment and repair process. Give me a New Samsung Note 8 no questions asked. Please use the reference nr Samsung and get your seniors together on this matter and make the right call - Replace the Device ASAP all at your cost.
