Samsung Note 8

I was told I have an upgrade on my phone. I went in on the 13/2/18 at 17h00 and upgraded to a Samsung Note 8. I Lebo kindly assisted me and transferred all info from loan phone Samsung onto the Samsung Note 8. That was completed by 17h55. I left the shop and I could feel how warm the phone felt. I thought it would cool down. It remained hot and I was too scared to use the phone. I got a call and spoke on my Samsung Note 8. It was still a little warm. I never charged the phone till this morning and felt it was warm. I then took the phone back on 14/2/18 at 09h00 when shop opened, I spoke to Lebo again and he said that the phone would have to be sent off to see what's wrong with the phone before they can give me a replacement or the same phone back. They then said maybe I should take the phone to VodaWorld to expedite a lot quicker. I lost it when I heard that. I told them I have started a new job and I cannot take time off as I've already taken time to sort this out. We then phoned Paco, CEO at H/O . Who told me to read the clause on the Consumers Act. I said that I have only had the phone for about 12 hours and that this should not be happening. I said I can understand if I had left it for 24 hours plus that they could treat me the same as in a 7 day period, but that was not the case. They were sticking to their story and would not budge in exchanging that phone for another. I left the phone with them as i had no choice in the matter. When i got back to my office I was then told how many of these note 7s have exploded. Please help.

I heard back from Samsung with a conference call to Vodacom Norwood and was told that an answer will come through on Wednesday or Thursday latest regarding my Samsung Notebook. To date I've heard nothing and it's been 11 days that nothing has happened. I am curious and I will be placing this all over Social Media World wide about the shocking service.
