Samsung Note 20 Ultra promotion ****

On the 26th of September 2020 I bought a Samsung Note 20 Ultra where you could claim a free TV set as part of a promotion. It is now more than a year later and I have not received anything. I will confess that there was some back and forth at first about documents that were requested from me, but this was mostly related to poor communication received from the contracted entities at the time dealing with the claims. It also did not help that these entities changed during the course of the claim. First it was Verify, then it was Altron then it was the Verify again and then I had to deal with the e-store. Promises of feedback does not materialize. I am being assured that escalation has taken place, but there is no supervisor or manager or any person I can speak to. Sine July 2021 I have been told that urgent dispatch has been arranged and that the couriers will contact me. i have been following up probably every two weeks and recently every week to understand what the problem is, but no joy. But most importantly no one has been contacting me which I was promised would happen. I have to follow up. The people that i am dealing with have no idea what the problem is and probably just push an escalation button that routes the call to some file 13 folder where my query goes to die a silent death. I am hopelessly frustrated and very disappointed in a brand that I have been supporting most of my adult life.
