Samsung note 10 plus horror service

I purchased a Samsung note 10 plus a year ago. The phone started giving me a moisture detected warning, despite the phone never having been in water. Before i could get this fixed, my phone fell and the screen cracked. I took it in to Samsung the grove for repiars. Where i am being rold they want to change both the charging point and the main board to correct the moisture damage error as they are not sure which of the two is causing it. I am being told that this is a recurring issue on the note 10 plus that would have been resolved by warranty had my screen not crakced. I am also being told that Samsung care plus will not pay to have my screen replaced, until i pay the 7. 5k to replace charging port and mother board. And that no samsung aporoved repairer, will be allowed to fix my screen as it is a samsung policy that they do not do partial repairs. Not only was the partial reoairs not communicated anywere in the samsung cares documents, how can a valid creen replacement not be paid because of something that has nothing to do with the samsung cares plan? Also, if i fix the mainboard elsewhere, that voids the service plan? So basically i either give samsung R7. 5k or i am stuck with this half functioning phone? The technician is not even sure which of the two are causing the problem. I am sorely disappointed. Having purchased such an expensive phone, i expected better service from you samsung and samsung cares. Than to br sent from pillar to post playing with words to basically say that im *****ed
