Samsung not the same!!!!!!

I have always loved Samsung and no one can convince me that any other phone is better. But i have been horribly disappointed. I have a S21 and it is the worst i have ever had. It looses bluetooth connection. When i type it freezes. It will keep on playing the sound of an app in the background even after i have closed it. There are days that i dont hear my phone ring or messages coming in. The battery DOES NOT LAST and that is some of the things i remember. My husband has the same phone and is also experiencing the same issues...we are paying so much money for a phone that is horrible...very very disappointed
