Samsung not stopped anufacturing LCD tv parts .

I am highly disappointed with the service I am getting from Sherwin Naidoo in head office .He has no integrity. Sherwin informed Danny in constania Samsung that my query has been resolved although he had made no contact with me not once .According to Danny in Constania Samsung Sherwin does not take any calls or respond to emails from clients as he his afraid of the emails being used against him . I am still waiting for Sherwin to replace my tv .and contact me .this escalation is going on for the past two and half weeks now .I believe that Samsung must replace all the faulty lcd tv for the south African public as they stopped manufacturing the parts for the lcd tv .if my tv is not replaced today I am going to ombudsman as Samsung is being ********* and not accepting responsibility for their faulty lcd tv parts .<br> <br> Anton Singh <br> ***<br> Samsung reference number ***
