Samsung not respecting the CPA Act of South Africa

To all the people thinking of getting a Samsung phone. Great phones, but when it has a problem, the after sales service is lacking. I wrote a review explaining my story. Short story: My phone restarts and freezes constantly. Took it to Samsung East Gate, they called a week later and said the part will arrive 2 weeks later. I requested a new phone and they declined to give a new phone because they could not find a fault with my phone. Question: What parts were then being ordered that would arrive in two weeks? When going to collect my phone, they could not find it and said that it might have been sent to another branch. Two days later, I decided to collect my phone when they found it, as they say nothing is wrong. As I walked out the store, my phone froze and restarted. I walked straight back in as the phone was restarting, The lady at the counter said "Its fine though. You can use it because it switches back on" I have now had my phone for two weeks and it continues to happen daily. They had my phone for three weeks and say it has nothing wrong. Besides the frustration, I had to constantly call for feedback when they had my phone. I have now even taken a video of the phone making a weird noise and freezing. Samsung, whenever you decide to read this. I want a new phone. I wonder if you will tell me nothing is wrong now that I have a video showing what the phone does.
