Samsung not manufacturing flat screen tv LCD parts

My samsung flat smart 40\ lcd screen is faulty this is what the manager danny in samsung constantia told me.so gave samsung a go ahead to fix the problem only to find out from danny the manager in constania samsung that due to manufacturing problem samsung had with building their lcd tv they dont make the lcd parts anymore.why is samsung still selling lcd tv if they are not manufacturing the parts for the lcd.i want my tv to be replaced .you are selling the public flat screen tv with faulty lcd which you stop manufacturing parts for .i do not have the proof of purchase . i do not want the depreciation value of the tv i want my tv replaced quickly .i was also informed by samsung call centre on tuesday to buy the part for the tv from a repair shop this is so ridiculous .i am still waiting for a call from sherwin naidoo in head office he never answers his phone.this give me the impression that the samsung managers dont care as long as they get their salaries samsung is offering a poor service.sherwin naidoo and danny never offered to help to resolve the situation .i am disgusted by the service your managers offer they just dont listen they dont care Anton/cidilia Singh***"
