Samsung not keeping to their advertised promotions
I pre ordered the Samsung S21 Ultra that included a promotion to receive Galaxy buds and the Smart tag as free issue. I followed all the steps and registered on the app. I have supp**** all the supporting documents requested. No one responds after 3 weeks and 8 emails later.
It looks like Samsung cannot keep to their promises on their promotions, absolutely shocking.

02 Mar 2021, 10:36A representative of Samsung contacted me telephonically on 27 February 2021 promising that the matter has been escalated and one of the managers will contact me on Monday 01 March 2021.
I have also requested an email contact on 26 February, this was also ignored.
This never realized and I am still exactly where I started, no promotion delivered, no call from the manager, guess I need to count my losses and never fall for any Samsung promotions in future.

19 Mar 2021, 12:46Today is 2 weekes since Vaughn form Samsung contacted me assuring me that delivery of the promotional items will be done within 2 weeks. Needless to say, this promise was also not kept. The ticket was closed ref*** and I am still exactly where I started.
Absolutely shocking to deal with Samsung and lessons learned, will not fall for any promotional trap they set in future.

Today is 2 weekes since Vaughn form Samsung contacted me assuring me that delivery of the promotional items will be done within 2 weeks. Needless to say, this promise was also not kept. The ticket was closed ref*** and I am still exactly where I started.
Absolutely shocking to deal with Samsung and lessons learned, will not fall for any promotional trap they set in future.

06 Apr 2021, 12:16Just a quick update. Samsung has taken the approach to simply ignore this issue and hope that it will go away. It is 2 months since their first lies, then I was promised by Vaughn at ZA Samsung store that I will have the promotional items delivered in 2 weeks. The 2 weeks came and went about 2 weeks ago. I have sent numerous follow up emails (+-10 emails) and all was ignored.
Be warned about the Samsung promotions in future, it is nothing but a sales **** to make you buy their phones. I wish I didnt fall prey to it, it was not worth my time and energy to get them to deliver what they promised.
I am so over and done with them.
