Samsung not honouring warrenty

Good day I brought a Samsung Home Theather Seapker bar (cost me a fortune at R6500) in mid 2013. Start of 2015 I discovered the Blu-ray player is not working. I took the unit in for repair, after I got it back it still had the same issue. I took it in another 3 times, and everytime the repair centre vowed it was fixed this time. This continued for a year. After I got it back again in Januarie 2015 and it was still not fixed I contacted Samsung for help. To my utter surprise and disguise, after almost 3 months of argueing I got the answer that since the unit is out of warrenty now Samsung can not replace the unit ( was still under warrenty when I took it in for repairs) I am only intitled to a depreciation discount on a new unit. Oh, and the unit can not be repaired because there is not a replacement part for the Blu-ray player. To further complicate things, the replacement unit they are offering me CAN'T play Blu-rays, costs about R2000 less than what I paid for my Home theather system AND I have to pay in R2400. Now my question is, how is Samsung not honouring their warrenty Terms and Conditions??? I took in the unit still under warrenty and now because samsung stopped producing the unit (but you can still buy it at many stores) it can not be fixed so I have to basicly buy a whole new Home theather system out of my own pocket. I feel this is very poor service on Samsung's side and I am even more sure that this is not samsung's image that they want to send out to it's consumers
