samsung not honouring warranty excessive repair costs

bought a samsung microwave from game stores with 2 year warranty .Within 1 year it [packed up ..game repaired it now within 2 years its packed up again .Samsung refuses to fix saying its a ****roach .My argument is you guys put ****roach there .Your quote is r1830 to repair yet game is selling this m,odel at r1800 furthermore game wants me to pay r170 assesment fee to get back my broken microwave under warranty still .Dont buy samsung products ..will be going to consumer council; about this
