Samsung not honoring Warranty
2 months ago I took 2 SAMSUNG phones in for repair. After paying almost R4000 to get it repaired we found that the phones was very problematic. Now took at back and SAMSUNG want to charge me over R7000 to fix both phones. It is still under warranty and know they refuse to fix under warranty. So sad that a brand of SAMSUNG outsource their customer care to a company that does not care nor believe in honoring warranties.
