Samsung Not Honoring warranty

<p>Samsung claim that the phone is cracked. The image shows otherwise. The say there is a hair line crack, but as you can see from the image there is no such crack. As one knows a phone screen still functions adequately even with a cracked screen. This is the second time Samsung have not honored a warranty on a phone.</p>
