Samsung not honoring their free accessories promo.

Samsung was promoting free charger and ear buds when a Galaxay Tab S8 was purchased. After purchasing the Tab S8 I followed the required process to claim the charger and earbuds. On the 14 April 2022 I received an email confirming that I was successfully verified and will receive the promotional goods within 7 to 14 days. After the 14 day period expired without receiving the items I sent an email which I have not received a response too. I also tried calling a few times and was put on hold endlessly. To date I have not received an further correspondence from them regarding these items. Very disappointed with Samsung. The least that they could do was answer their emails, phones and let me know the status of these goods. I am also having doubts if this promo was genuine.

Guess what, I have received the promo items at 10:25 this morning. I am glad Hellopeter exists. Well thanks Samsung for honoring your promo, sorry we had to go this route to get it though.
