Samsung not fulfilling gifts S21 Ultra
How many days is it going to take to get a response?
Please could i have some assistance with receiving my gift. I pre-ordered and followed all instructions . last communication 3 weeks ago my item was due to be dispatched. Its now 20 working days without delivery.
