Samsung not delivering on promotional bundles.
I purchased a Samsung S21 FE a few months ago and was supposed to get a tablet with it. Weeks went buy until I phoned them to get an update, and they asked for proof of payment. I supp**** it and it's been almost a month now and no feedback, no email and no tablet. This is the 2nd time I had to threaten and beg Samsung to deliver promotional items.

04 May 2022, 09:49Samsung rep**** and asked me to send them an email with my details. I have done so on the 25th of April, I also called their call centre at least 5 times and even after waiting for 10 minutes, there is no answer. No one is getting back to me via email either.
