Samsung Not Being Honest
I upgraded my two MTN contracts and purchased the Samsung Z Fold and the Z Flip on Monday 25 October 2021. I then went ahead to claim for the free gift that came with the promotion for buying the Z series phones on the Samsung Members website. Samsung responded and said the claims were rejected with the message: 'Purchase outside of the promotion date, 1st - 30th September 2021. This is contrary to the promotion that is currently running with MTN that states that the promotion ends on 31 October 2021.
