Samsung not as good as they claim

I recently received a new upgrade , Samsung galexy note 4 its not even a month old and the back button feature has stop working this is a brand new phone that they now want to swop out parts instead of replacing the complete unit if its a year old or been abused yes sure but its brand new and parts needs to be swoped thats bad quality product's
