Samsung not answering phones.
I bought a Showcase Refrigerator in November 2017 and took an extended warranty policy. The water dispenser is dispensing water that is at room temperature. I am trying to call Samsung advise them of this but the phones are not answered. I have tried about four times this morning with no success.
