samsung not a lasting brand

samsungs service is the worst im disgusted by their response which was no response they sent and engineer to fix my fridge which he was unable to do and a few days later I received a call from samsung to find out if the fridge was fixed and I said no and that I was unhappy about it and up till today I heard nothing from them what a type of service do you call that from such a big company
