Samsung non delivery
We purchased 2 x S21FE phones in February. The offer included a free A7 tablet lite with each phone. It is more than a month later and we have not received the tablets. We also cannot get hold of Samsung to get an update on the number they provided when they confirmed registration for the tablets. If they are unable to deliver, they should give us a voucher for the 2 tablets so we can purchase other available tablets / devices.

27 Mar 2022, 10:06In the past 10 days, since the original post, we have tried on numerous occasions to follow up with Samsung. On most occasions we were unable to through to anyone, and when we did, they merely transferred us to someone else who didn't pick up - resulting in no progress regarding our request. There has been no further feedback regarding this matter neither has there been an attempt to find an alternate solution.
