SAMSUNG NON DELIVERANCE
I purchased two Samsung Cellphones on a Vodacom Contracts in November 2024 that were advertised with free Smart watches and Buds. The claim process was completed instore and 8 days later one set was delivered as indicated within 7 to 14 days. However the second set has still not been delivered as of today, I sent emails to *** a number of times with only one answer, I tried to call them with no success and contacted Vodacom who said it is not their problem, I must take it up with Samsung!!!!!
