Samsung non compliance of the Broadcasting Act

Samsung refuses to honor its promotion of a free TV set with the purchase of a Samsung Note 20 as the TV licence is in my name (wife) instead of my husbands (purchaser of Samsung Note 20). The law clearly states only one TV licence is required per household and this is clearly backed up by the SABC tv licence department but Samsung insists that in order to redeem the promotion, the TV licence holder name must match to the purchasers name of the Samsung Note 20. Since when did Samsungs rules over ride the law and regulations of our country???? Samsung get your act together and stop making it so difficult for your customers!
