Samsung- no care once products sold by retailers

Bought a Samsung laptop for my son at Game Woodlands, Pretoria East.Screen blanked out & product was out of warranty.Took laptop to Game in Nov 2014 to send for repairs to their own supplier and undertook to pay. From then on it was downhill, Game vanished & upon enquiries, no one had answers.Lodged a written complaint,Game blamed me for them not having my number. Then I was given a quotation for +R1440 in Jan 2015 which I accepted. Then Game vanished again. Lodged another complaint in Feb/March 2015 and eventually bought another laptop at INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS (excelent service) for my son as he was due to return to University. Game called in April 2015 for collection. Then I sent my assistant to collect and paid R1440, laptop was returned unrepaired. I complained to Game & SamsungSA, SamsungSA referred me back to Game, the very people who took 6 month to revert with a solution.Seeing the complaints against Game, I'm now convinced that Game's service is not what it used to be. They really operate worse than the fly-by-nights cropping up in shoddy shopping malls but, at least the latter do repair items on the spot. I am also disappointed with SamsungSA for not protecting their brand.
