Samsung no after sales service for S7 Edge spontaneous screen explosion

My 3mnth old S7 Edge screen exploded/ shattered after ending a call. I took it in to Samsung and was asked for a proof of purchase with the date contract was taken out and imei/ serial number. I went to Telkom where I had taken out the contract and they emailed a pop directly to Samsung with the above details. Samsungs ADH (Accidental Damage Handling rejected the claim saying the pop was not clearenough/ visible- to date (3wks later) its been a back and forth between myself, telkom and samsung. Samsung has not fixed my phone blaming telkom for not providing a clear pop, yet I have personally seen the communication between Samsung Cascades, Samsungs ADH department- Shaun Chalmers and others. The documents sent were clear and when Samsung Cascades asked ADH to open the documents in a different format, they just did not respond back and not fixed my phone....which by the way was not Accidentally Damaged due to Handling it was a faulty handset which shattered in my hand!

Furthermore Samsungs ADH wanted the pop to be in a specific format from Telkom however Telkoms sytems had been changed and could no longer issue a pop in that format and Samsung ADH refused to accept this insisting that I get what they wanted...How is this my problem?! At the end of the day they were given a pop and it is a Samsung handset period!!!

Samsungs after sales service has been horrible and S7 Edge cannot be trusted as a reliable phone. Have read many threads of people who have had their phones shatter/ explode randomly. I have not had a phne for all this time, my clients and other business commitments have been affected by this. Samsung take responsibility for your faulty handset and you claim to give 1 free screen repair yet you make it impossible for your clients to claim this. I will never buy a Samsung phone again and will not encourage friends/ family to either as I will share my story!
