SAMSUNG NEW WASHING MACHINE BAD SERVICE!!!
Samsung service is soo bad! i bought a brand new washing machine and 2 days later it was faulty. They took 3 weeks to send out a technician and a week after to confirm that they replacing the machine. its now 2 weeks later and i still don't have my new machine. The courier company came to collect the old machine and tells me i am supposed to unassemble it and package it!!! where the hec am i supposed to get packaging from???????? now i cannot get new machine if i do not dismantle this old machine and keep it wrapped!!! I'm female alone here!!!! Disgusting
