SAMSUNG NEW TV REMOTE DISASTER !!!!!!!!!
I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW TV FROM DIGITAL EXPERIENCE.
THE REMOTE CONTROL THAT CAME WITH THE TV IS LIKE A ******* PIECE OF PLASTIC EVEN WORSE THAN A R4.99 CHILD'S TOY.
I CANNOT BELIEVE THE PRICE I PAID FOR THIS TV AND THE ******* REMOTE CONTROL THAT CAME WITH IT.
MY OLDER TV'S FROM 3 YEARS AGO AND 7 YEARS AGO HAVE BEAUTIFUL REMOTE CONTROLS THAT ARE SOLID AND HARDY AND HAVE GREAT ACCESSIBILITY AND CAN SNOOZE THE TV DIRECTLY FROM ONE CLICK ON THE REMOTE. THIS NEW TV REMOTE IS RIDICULOUS AND THE FUNCTIONALITY IS *******. IF I SQUEEZE THIS REMOTE TOO HARD I THINK IT WILL CRACK AND I DO NOT HAVE STRONG HANDS AT ALL.
