Samsung “new” products are terrible

Samsung has still not resolved my issue all that they good at doing is waisting my time to call me and tell me they will get back to me Samsung water wall dishwasher according to their technicians cannot wash tupperwears and or glass serving bowls. You can only wash plates and drinking glasses. Also the technician says samsung machines cannot work with the “finish” dishwasher soap and only works with sunlight dishwasher powder. Samsung ref
