Samsung Name Not To Be Trusted

I have note 4 working fine from January 2015, 2 weeks ago it started getting hot and rebooting oneway no signal, Took it to Riverhorse Valley on 27th Augu 2015 get a call 28th From Jerry that I have to pay for repairs as the mainboard and octa tape needs to be replaced. 24 months warranty has fallen due to when i recieved my 2 note 4 phones our of excitment I dropped the phone which has a small nik on the top left corner. God as my witness the phone has been working fine until 2 weeks ago. Riverhorse escalated they findings to JHB and now my 24 months warranty is void for anything on a phone thats 9 months old. OCTA Tape Jerry said when he opened the phone the tape broke. Samsung refusers to assist a Samsung customer, I have appliances and all phones even ****'s phone is Samsung.what a stupid mistake. Im still paying my contract for the phone but no warranty. They say cause of the nik they cant do repair, please expalin which person can keep they phone in tip top condition in order to have warranty valid. maybe if u keep it in box and dont use or glass cabinet to display.
