SAMSUNG MULTI FUNCTION OVEN BQ1VQ6T012/XFA - Error 73

<p>We purchased the Samsung multi function oven (BQ1VQ6T012/XFA) during 2016, and it was installed at our home.</p> <p> </p> <p>The steam function of the oven does not work - it indicates E73 (which the manual translates as Error 73).</p> <p> </p> <p>We have found no assistance on this error, and to our demise we discovered another unhappy customer who received the same error. However, he indicated Samsung was not able to fix the error through any of the sales reps; his oven was replaced 3 times with no success either.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reason for purchasing the oven (steam function) is the function that gives the E73 message. Therefore, we might as well have saved money and purchased a different oven without this function.</p> <p> </p> <p>I expect Samsung to reply and offer to meet at our home, with the lead agent for the region. I am not interested in wasting time, as I have picked up from fsmidt's experience - the normal channels to address the problem does not work.</p>
