Samsung & MTN Travel Promotion: MSC Cruise - Contradiction in Terms & Condition

In November 2017, we bought the Samsung Note 8 and qualified for the MSC Cruise voucher - R4,000 discount. The coupon details states "voucher expires 12 months from date of issue..." Expiry Date: 15 December 2018. Over the last few weeks, I've had the most frustrating engagement with whoever has been put in charge of managing the Inbox of ********** who cannot read the contradiction between the screenshot of the voucher and their claim that vouchers should be claimed by January 2018. I am extremely disappointed, not only was "the mailbox" not willing to escalate the matter but that I am being told something I have qualified for and saving towards is no longer available. @SamsungSA @MTNSA is this how you conduct business?
