Samsung Mobile poor service
Please don't buy Samsung flip or fold phones cause i have bad experience with they after sales. We have a issue with the Z3flip black line in the middle of the screen,which is a machanical fault but Samsung don't even care they just don't give service... Want me to drive 100km to take my phone in while i worked in a vodacom shop sending repairs to a repairs Centre including Samsung phones... And they can't garentee me the phone will be fixed under warranty...
