<p>i handed my phone in for cracked screen repair on the 7th december 2016. it is now the 2nd of january 2017 and i am still waiting for my phone and no one is coming back to me. </p> <p>i find samsung's service pathetic and i will never buy a samsung again if this is how their after sales are!</p> <p>the manager Francouis started helping me and just never got back to me after that.</p> <p>very very bad service </p>
