Samsung Misleads the Public
On 07.12.2015 I purchased 7 (seven) Airconditioning Units through Samsung's Buy and Get Promotion and paid R49,000.00 for it..In this promotion you receive either an airline ticket or a weekend stay at a local Protea Hotel for free.I provided them with all info (photos of unit serial numbers, invoice copy, allocated names etc). At times I had to re-submit this info.It is now 3 months later and even after several e-mails and phone calls, I still have not received even 1 voucher! This is totally unacceptable!
