Samsung misleading when they promise to contact you
I posted here a week and half ago my complain about my microwave and Samsung jumped in pretense to be in touch with me. They haven’t made a contact so please know they lie when they promise to contact you

24 May 2021, 11:12Thank you for your reply however no one has called me with any feedback since I complained. I just received a reference above by sms after I posted this and I have no missed calls of unknown number.
I will wait for the feedback please note I have been inconvenienced for 2 weeks without a Microwave
