SAMSUNG misleading warranties | Not honored | But they will give you 10% voucher to buy more products.

Please be careful when purchasing SAMSUNG appliances with stickers highlighting and promoting warrantees. I am a huge consumer of SAMSUNG products and the only item I don't have in my house a fridge which would have been my next purchase. I have their phones, microwave, TV, second PC screen washing machine etc.

My washing machine is giving issues, and the drum obviously is the issue as it started shaking so bad the entire machine moves when it is in operation. The digital inverter is under a 10-year warranty according to the sticker on the machine. After some research it is clear that the digital invertor consists of the motor and drum and all the moving parts. When I made contact with them, I was told that I would have to pay for them to send out a service provider and I would have to cover the labor, they would only supply the part that is faulty.

They gave me a 10% voucher as consolation.
