Samsung misleading promotion stants
I’ve had a terrible experience with Samsung claims and they had a promotion for giving a free Samsung phone for purchasing a Samsung TV.
I purchased the tv on 16/06/2025, was told i need to process a claim with Samsung promotions.I put a claim through and was told it was successful but till to date i never received the free product.
I have made countless calls with no resolution, i get a different story from every customer service consultant i speak to.last time i spoke to them they told me i have forfeited my claim.
This only shows that they use the promotions to mislead customers yet they do not fulfil their promises.Really pathetic and disgusting for such a big company as Samsung Electronics.
