samsung microwave paint peeling

called Samsung for a microwave that was peeling paint inside and landing on the food.they said take it to Samsung boksburg where the technician told me to get some enamel spray paint and spray it myself or I must buy a new one with 10 years guarantee.sent this to Samsung with no response.i als have an LG microwave and not a problem at all.
