I read reviews before visiting the store and i was hesitant to go there but guess what. BRILLIANT SERVICE!!!

Went in to get a quotation for my phone screen for my insurance, the technician, Washington was his name, was extremely helpful. I got my quote as promised.

But he went the extra mile to let me know that he would be on leave and if i needed my phone fixed i would need to comeback the next day, and well i did. In an hour my phone was ready and fixed.

He was kind and took all the steps needed to provide great service. He deserves recognition for his efforts.
