Samsung lying to people

I have taken out a contract with Vodacom with a Samsung Note 20 - With that you could get a Samsung TV for free if you send your TV Licence to Samsung. I did all that - as the TV licence is in my wife`s name ( the law states that a household should have a tv licence does not matter on who`s name) I called them to find out what was happening and they told me as the tv licence was not on my name I will not receive the TV. With this I want to enlighten every one do not believe if they say you get something for free as they will do anything in their power not to obey their promise.
