Samsung lost my tablet and is slow to replace

Hi

Back in December I went to collect a tablet that had been in for repairs at Samsung V&A Waterfront when they rep**** that the business doing the repairs for them had gone out of business.

They had offered me a replacement but upon research of this replacement they had offered me a replacement tablet with far less memory, less storage, lower resolution and poorer quality than I had.

I tried arguing with this but they keep saying they cannot offer me something else. They keep talking about refund policies (though this is not a refund, but an issue with them simply losing my tablet) and also talking about warranty. The tablet was outside warranty but this is irrelevant as I was paying for the repair. This somehow affects their view. My sense is that they simpyl list a device of mine and are offering me a replacement.

After months of following up they had finally offered me a tablet that is marginally better than the one they offered initially. This is still poor but at the start of the month I accepted this offer and have still not hear back from them.

I have to email them multiple multiple times to get a response. Mean time I'm still paying contract fees for this tablet.

Regards

Louis
