Samsung lies and deceit with Buy and Get promotion

Totally shocked that Samsung South Africa would **** us like this with their buy and get promotion. All the lies just so we can buy their products? - I thought they were doing so well.

They sent me a message with a reference number to quote and that I should call the number provided to claim my reward. But I called that number for times on end- even holding for more than 5 minutes. I tried different hours of the day - morning, afternoon and mid-afternoon but no-one picks up the phone.

I went to the Samsung store in Canal walk and they told me to call Samsung South Africa...which I did but the lady i spoke to told me they do not deal with that and they have a dedicated promotions department for it. So what is the promotions department doing if they are not available to take calls? and she referred me to ********** - which yields no result.

Samsung is so *************!! It makes me sick really. I wish I had seen these review before buying.
