SAMSUNG LIE

There was a promotion at GAME on December 16th last year where if you bought a Samsung Eco bubble washing machine you either got a weekend away or a domestic return flight in SA. i was notified of this by SMS and decided to buy one. After giving them all sorts of codes and contacting the promotions dept direct as i did not hear back from them, I was assured that they had my details and I would hear from them. So that was a lie. I keep sending them emails and have heard nothing to date. I have purchased a lot of Samsung products including a Tablet, TV, the washing machine, Fridge, Cellphone etc and am not impressed with this turn of events! is it all a **** i ask you?
