Samsung LED TV-power on problem

I had an issue with my Samsung 32inch LED TV model code UA32D5000.The tv is just over 2 years old and it would not come on.The led power light just flashes.Upon investigating online I found that the issue/problem is common worldwide with Samsung TV's where the poor quality of components (in this case power supply capacitors) were used.Samsung in some countries faced lawsuits regarding this issue and offered to repair all units at no charge.<br> When i contacted the customer support center I was told that this is not a common problem and they will not be able to assist me with this issue.Please be aware when buying tv's for huge amounts of money.They only last for the warranty period and then fail as in this case! If anybody else has this exact issue,comment to assist me.
