Samsung Just Doesnt Care
Samsung clearly doesn't care. Its been a week since my complaint. The rep**** quick with a ref no. and saying someone will contact me. I responded back to LZ who gave the ref No. an No response. What will it take for Samsung to deliver on the product the promise customer to buy their product.

09 Oct 2020, 18:10It's been almost 2months , since I claimed my gift on the members app. Is this a **** to get people to buy the products. Maybe this should be referred to the Consumer Council and Competition Commission .
